You are not alone, we have been there and we want to make your journey easier by sharing with you the steps that we and many others have taken to pull ourselves together again.
This course will cover the foundations to rebuilding that new chapter in your life. These are the things we have forgotten to do for ourselves while living in an abusive relationship, such as the importance of friends, having fun and getting focused on fitness, but also some basics such as food on a budget, finances and your future options.
This isn't just another course; it's from survivors, dedicated to fellow domestic violence survivors may each session guide you to a new chapter in your life.

Kate Crowley Smith is one of the Founding Directors of the not-for-profit charity Broken to Brilliant that operates a pay it forward model, where survivors mentor domestic violence survivors creating a new chapter in their lives.
As a mother of two and a survivor of domestic violence, Kate’s mission & purpose is to inspire, motivate & encourage mums and their kids to recognise, validate and appreciate their accomplishments and to help them rebuild successful lives.
Kate worked with ten authors who have all lived through domestic violence & successfully rebuilt their lives. Together, they wrote the first book in a series titled 'Broken to Brilliant - breaking free to be you after domestic violence, stories of strength and success'. The book shares the heartfelt stories of strength, courage and success which are needed by women struggling to rebuild their lives. The women’s powerful stories offer inspiration, love, laughter and life after abuse & practical steps to pick up the pieces financially, emotionally and/or spiritually. This book won the 2017 Bronze Medal in the self-help category in the international eLit Awards for digital publishing.
